Job summary

IT Alliance is seeking a Co-Facilitator for the Digital Governance Programs in Canberra. The role offers hybrid work, up to 20 hours per week, and an initial 12‑month contract with a possible 12‑month extension.

You will deliver facilitator‑led discussions, governance simulations, case studies and interactive activities to senior government leaders, collaborating with client staff to achieve learning outcomes and a high‑quality experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering executive training and workshops for SES or equivalent C-level audiences.
• Ability to participate in governance and decision‑making forums for large-scale digital projects.
• Understanding of digital SRO roles and government policy and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate executive training, workshops and leadership programs for senior audiences.
• Contribute to governance discussions and support delivery of the Digital Governance Program.
• Engage stakeholders and ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
