Early Learning Group, a privately owned Australian childcare network, seeks a COO to own end-to-end network operations across NSW, VIC and QLD. You will lead centre directors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive occupancy and profitability in a fast-growing portfolio.

You will report to the Managing Director, oversee the operations and enable rapid yet compliant expansion, with a hands-on, systems-minded ownership style and regular travel to centres across NSW and Victoria.

Formación

• Proven multi-site operator in early childhood or similar regulated sector.
• Deep knowledge of National Quality Framework, National Law & Regulations.
• P&L ownership with a track record of lifting occupancy and margin.
• Experience opening or scaling services; greenfield openings valued.
• Hands-on, systems-minded leadership in owner-led businesses.
• Willingness to travel regularly to NSW and Victoria centres.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end operating performance of the network across quality, safety, compliance, people, occupancy and profitability.
• Lead operations leadership team and coordinate with finance, property, construction and marketing.
• Drive occupancy, enrolment conversion and CCS strategy with KPI-based reporting.
• Open new centres and integrate services into a consistent operating model.
• Standardise policies, procedures, playbooks and data reporting.
• Ensure family experience and centre standing in local communities.
