Job summary

InterContinental Sydney is seeking an enthusiastic Executive Club Lounge Attendant to join our luxury hotel in Circular Quay on a part-time basis. You will deliver warm, personalized service to guests during breakfast and evening cocktails, ensuring a world-class VIP experience in our Executive Lounge.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of F&B experience, a passion for hospitality, immaculate grooming, and the ability to connect with an international guest mix.

Qualifications

• 1 year of food and beverage experience is essential.
• Experience in a 4- or 5-star restaurant or hotel is highly regarded.
• Passion for delivering warm and welcoming customer service & memorable guest experiences.
• People person with warm communication & interpersonal skills and ability to connect with international guests.
• Immaculate presentation and grooming, representing a luxury brand.
• Excellent attention to detail & commitment to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Executive Club Lounge team to ensure flawless service across breakfast and evening cocktails.
• Host and serve guests with warmth, manage guest expectations, and deliver a VIP luxury experience.
• Maintain high standards of grooming and presentation and collaborate with colleagues to create memorable experiences.
• Adapt to flexible shifts and support operational needs during busy periods.

We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly customer people- people to join our Executive Lounge team as Executive Club Lounge Attendant, Part Time opportunity available.

As part of our Executive Club Lounge team no day is ever the same.

Whether your guests are enjoying breakfast service overlooking the sunrise on Sydney Harbour, our you are hosting & serving guests for evening cocktails and drink service with delectable canapes, you will be ensuring all aspects of our Executive Lounge operations are delivered perfectly to deliver a world class service and a unique VIP Luxury guest experience to your guests.

You have the opportunity to work in our beautiful luxury venue with an Executive Club team who are closely knit, work hard, have fun & absolutely love creating memorable and inspiring luxury experiences for our guests!

What we need from you

• 1 years of food and beverage experience is essential
• Experience working in a 4- or 5-star restaurant or hotel is highly regarded
• Passion for delivering warm and welcoming customer service & memorable guest experiences
• You are a people person with warm and welcoming communication & interpersonal skills and have a natural ability to connect with a range of international and diverse guests
• Immaculate presentation and grooming, you represent our luxury brand
• Excellent attention to detail & commitment to high standards where perfect every time is our goal

You must meet the legal requirements to live & work in Australia

Valid NSW RSA Competency card is required

You will be available for either or morning service which ranges from 5.30am to 1.30pm or our evening service ranging from 13:30-19:30. All Candidates must be available to work both morning and evening shifts as required by operational needs.
