Eldercare's Aura Retirement Resort in Findon seeks a skilled Chef to elevate dining for residents, families and visitors. You will lead the kitchen across restaurant and café, focusing on quality, creative menu development and presentation in a premium lifestyle setting.

You will maintain hygiene standards, work with front-of-house teams, and engage with residents to tailor dining experiences, while ensuring safe food practices and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified or experienced chef with strong skills in food quality and presentation.
• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
• Solid understanding of HACCP, WHS and safe food practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen with a focus on high-quality food, creative menu development and consistently excellent presentation.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and food safety standards.
