Job summary

Eldercare is seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant for Aura Luxury Retirement Resort in Findon. You will deliver table service to residents, families and guests, take orders and assist with food and beverage delivery, creating a welcoming dining atmosphere in a premium setting.

This permanent part-time role requires café/restaurant hospitality experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with a diverse range of people.
• Experience using ordering or cash register systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Professional presentation and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and allergy awareness.
• Collaborative approach to teamwork across dining, café, bar and kitchen support activities.
• Willingness to work the advertised roster and occasional extra shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents, their families and guests.
• Provide table service, take orders, prepare dining areas, assist with food and beverage delivery and process payments.
• Communicate orders accurately with kitchen, maintain food safety standards and assist with kitchen duties as needed.
• Assist with dishwashing and general housekeeping duties to support smooth service.
