Job summary

SESLHD is seeking a Health Manager Level 1 to provide top-tier administrative support to the Director of Finance and Deputy Director of Finance, with a focus on confidential handling of sensitive issues and efficient coordination of district finance activities.

You will assist reporting managers, service committees, and prepare complex correspondence and reports while maintaining high standards of professionalism and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing high-level admin support to senior executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a heavy workload with competing priorities.
• Discretion handling confidential and emotive issues.
• Experience servicing Committees, preparing agendas and minutes.
• Experience in drafting complex correspondence and reports.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration across teams.
• Advanced computing skills including Word, Excel and CMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Finance and Deputy Director of Finance.
• Assist other reporting Managers in the District Finance team.
• Prepare complex agendas and minutes for committees.
• Draft complex correspondence and reports with quality assurance.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues professionally.
