As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll provide proactive and confidential support while assisting the Board, Board Committees and Executive team when needed. This is a varied role that combines executive support, event coordination and office administration.
You'll be responsible for:
You'll have significant experience supporting a CEO, executive team or Board. You're organised, discreet and confident managing competing priorities, with the judgement to anticipate needs and keep things moving.
You'll also bring strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent stakeholder management and advanced Microsoft Office skills. Experience in a not-for-profit, health, education, or professional services organisation would be an advantage, as would familiarity with Board operations or Board management software.
