Far West NSW Local Health District is seeking an Executive Assistant for the Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs (MHAOD) directorate in Broken Hill. You will manage a high-volume executive office, coordinate the Executive’s diary and travel, and prepare briefs to enable timely decisions.
You’ll work with discretion, maintain confidentiality, and support meetings and HR reporting through analysis of workforce data. A proactive, adaptable approach and strong MS Office skills are essential.

This position qualifies for an annual Recruitment Incentive Package up to the value of $10,000 (conditions apply and may be pro-rata’d to your contracted or ordinary working hours, these payments are paid on a fortnightly basis) under theNSW Health Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme.
This scheme recognises the role key health workers play in enabling the delivery of rural and remote health services, and aims to provide incentives over and above award entitlements, to attract and retain staff in these areas.
We really aren’t that far away - only 3 hours’ drive from Mildura, 5 hours from Adelaide or a short flight from anywhere in Australia.
