Australian Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sport and the Arts in Canberra is seeking two APS4 Executive Assistants to provide high‑quality executive and administrative support to Assistant Secretaries across ITDD.

Part-time and flexible arrangements may be considered, and you will work closely with senior leaders to manage competing priorities and contribute to the division's success.

Qualifications

• Two APS4 Executive Assistants are sought to support Assistant Secretaries across ITDD.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced government environment.
• Experience providing high‑quality executive and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Provide diary management, monitor calls and emails, and process correspondence and travel arrangements.
• Prepare timely briefing material for meetings attended by Assistant Secretaries.
• Undertake research and preparation of correspondence as required.
• Coordinate with staff to respond to corporate documents and meet deadlines.
• Support other areas of the Branch as required.
