Gilbert + Tobin is seeking an experienced executive assistant to support a partner in the Energy, Resources and Infrastructure group in Perth. The role covers diary and email management, billing, document handling and client liaison in a collaborative team environment.

The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Perth with a focus on climate-aligned infrastructure and energy projects. You will work closely with partners and lawyers to ensure efficient workflow and excellent service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or legal secretary.
• Detail oriented and reliable.
• Strong document preparation and formatting skills.
• Highly organized with excellent diary management.

Responsibilities

• Diary and email management for the partner.
• Monthly billing and accounts reporting and management.
• Document and file management across multiple files.
• Liaising with clients and other parties.
• Attending to e-filing processes.
• Organising travel, flights and accommodation.
• Ad hoc administration duties.
