Qualifications

• Minimum three years PQE or equivalent with a strong interest in project finance
• Direct project finance experience preferred, but candidates with property finance or general banking backgrounds are welcome
• Ability to build relationships with top-tier clients and work across complex financings

Responsibilities

• Work on project finance transactions in infrastructure, energy and resources sectors
• Support the team on other financings as needed
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality legal advice
