You will build trusted relationships in a healthcare and government environment, master MS Office, minute taking, and data reporting.

About the role

As an Executive Assistant you’re a strategic partner, delivering top-tier Executive Assistant support with an incredible Team Leader by your side. From managing schedules to ensuring everything runs seamlessly, you'll be at the center of the action in this fast-paced role—because let’s be honest, nothing happens without an epic EA!

A regular day may see you:

  • As the ultimate planner and communication guru, you’ll keep a team of Directors running like clockwork—managing calendars, handling correspondence, and ensuring seamless workflow. Whether you’re drafting professional memos, liaising with hospital staff, organising events, or prepping key meetings, you’ll be behind-the-scenes making everything happen with precision and clarity.
  • Ensuring every interaction is professional and respectful. With sharp problem-solving skills, you'll navigate conflicts, prioritise tasks, and strategically manage issues—escalating when needed to keep everything running smoothly.
  • You'll gather and present key data from internal and external sources, transforming information into clear reports and visuals. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll help refine processes, contribute to service development, and efficiently manage project activities under the guidance of leadership.
