City of Canada Bay is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Director Environment & Planning to provide high-level support in a fast-paced environment. You will manage priorities, coordinate activities, and liaise with stakeholders to enable strategic delivery for the community.
You will organise meetings and prepare briefing materials, ensuring governance requirements are met while supporting continuous improvement and a collaborative culture within the directorate.

As the Executive Assistant to the Director Environment & Planning, you will be a trusted partner providing high-level executive support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will manage priorities, coordinate key activities, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, enabling the Director to focus on strategic initiatives and the delivery of outcomes for the community.

We are offering a remuneration between $89,955 to $103,448 per annum plus Super.
