Job summary

Veritas Recruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for a part-time, temporary assignment starting next week in Australia. The role offers flexibility with 2 days per week, including Wednesday and another flexible day, with flexible hours to accommodate school hours.

Immediate start and a competitive hourly rate are on offer. You will support senior leadership, manage diaries, prepare documents, and coordinate meetings while liaising with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
  • Strong diary/calendar management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and standard business tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level Executive Assistant support to senior leadership.
  • Manage busy diaries, appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas and take minutes as required.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
  • Provide general administrative and project support.

Your responsibilities will include
  • Providing high-level Executive Assistant support to senior leadership
  • Managing busy diaries, appointments and meeting schedules
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting documentation
  • Coordinating meetings, agendas and taking minutes where required
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Providing general administrative and project support
To be successful, you'll bring
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • A current Working With Children Check and Police Check, or a willingness to obtain both prior to commencing
