The APS 4 Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level secretarial support to the Commander 17th Sustainment Brigade.
Key responsibilities will include:
17th Sustainment Brigade is responsible for generating tailored force level sustainment, engineering and military policing effects. Headquarters 17th Sustainment Brigade is located at Randwick Barracks, New South Wales. The headquarters comprises a diverse workforce of military and civilian personnel who work collaboratively to achieve Defence objectives and support the Brigade's operational priorities.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience providing executive or administrative support in a fast-paced, high-tempo environment. They will possess a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and electronic records management systems, with the ability to manage information accurately and efficiently.
The successful applicant will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish credibility, build trust and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. They will be highly organised, adaptable and capable of managing competing priorities, while delivering high-quality outcomes within tight timeframes and with a strong attention to detail.
