You will coordinate meetings, arrange travel and prepare briefing papers, reports and presentations, while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

Executive Assistant - NSW Government

Pay Rate: $52-$62/hr + Super
Location: Port Macquarie
Duration: Initial 8 Weeks (possible extension)

PRIMARY PURPOSE

The Executive Assistant provides a range of high-level executive support services to the Office of the Chief Executive. The focus of the role is the provision of effective executive assistance and high-level organisation and administration support.

Key Responsibilities
