Job summary

Mining Pro, in partnership with Coronado Global Resources, seeks experienced Excavator Operators for Curragh Mine in Queensland on a full-time basis. Operate heavy excavators on site to support safe, productive mining at Curragh Mine in Blackwater, with a 7/7 roster and camp transport provided.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in coal mining, demonstrated experience with PC 7000/Liebherr 9600, and a valid Australian licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in coal mining.
• Experience operating Komatsu PC 7000 and Liebherr 9600 (or equivalent).
• Dozer D10 and D11 (or equivalent).
• Valid Australian Driver Licence.
• Signed verified machinery skills list (training transcripts).

Job description

We are currently seeking experienced Excavator Operators to work with us at Curragh Mine in Queensland. Mining Pro have partnered with Coronado Global Resources to operate at the Curragh Mine in Blackwater since early 2022. This is a great opportunity to join the team in a full-time position and have potential long-term career growth.

• Full-time position with annual and personal leave
• Rotating 7/7 Roster
• Brand new Komatsu PC 7000 Excavator on site
• Bus transport provided from camp to site

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in coal mining
• Experience operating:
  • Komatsu PC 7000 and Liebherr 9600 (or equivalent)
  • Dozer D10 and D11 (or equivalent)
• Valid Australian Driver Licence
• Signed verified machinery skills list (training transcripts)
