Job summary

Leader Earthworks Pty is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to carry out finishing works on the Coffs Bypass project in NSW. You will operate the excavator to a high and safe standard, maintain the machine, and support a disciplined, collaborative team on site.

The ideal candidate holds a current unrestricted driver's license and a WHS General Construction Induction Certificate (White/Blue Card), with at least 3 years of hands-on excavation experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on excavation experience.

About the role:

We are seeking exceptional operators with proven history of operating heavy equipment to a high standard, ensuring your machine is always well maintained and ready for the next working shift.

Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, your main responsibilities will be to operate the relevant piece of equipment to a high and safe standard.

To be successful you must have:

Current unrestricted driver's license

WHS General Construction Induction Certificate (White Card/Blue Card)

minimum 3 years experience

Be able to work as part of a team and autonomously, trustworthy, hard-working and take pride in your work

take pride in looking after the relevant equipment
