Qualifications

• Valid Heavy Equipment Operator certification or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Demonstrated experience operating excavators in a construction or civil engineering environment.
• Current manual driver's licence.
• Ability to work safely and follow site safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Operate excavators and related earthmoving equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.
• Conduct pre-operational checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow site safety protocols and comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Millen Civil is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Geelong, VIC 3220. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating excavation equipment on various construction projects. This role is crucial to the success of our operations, ensuring that earthmoving tasks are completed to the highest standards of safety, precision and productivity. You will be an integral part of our construction team, working on diverse projects that require skilled plant operation and a commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Operate excavators and related earthmoving equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites
• Conduct pre-operational checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
