Job summary

Next Level Consulting Solutions in Mackay, Queensland, seeks experienced Dozer and Excavator operators for a subdivision earthworks project near Mirani. Strong demand for skilled operators with GPS and Final Trim experience. Local availability preferred with immediate start possible on a long-term basis.

Pay is $52/hour base with penalties and allowances; takes home is estimated around $2,200–$2,400 per week for a 50–55 hour week, with option for PAYG or ABN and continued work for the right team.

Qualifications

• Experience on bulk earthworks and subdivision projects.
• Dozer or Excavator experience with tickets to match.
• Final Trim + GPS experience.
• Ability to work with other operators and trades.
• Located in the Mackay area (local operators preferred).
• Immediate availability.

Next Level Consulting Solutions are working with leading industry partners to give good jobs to good people. We strive to maintain long standing relationships with the people we employ so that you can feel proud to represent us on site.

We are currently working on a subdivision project in Mirani, just outside Mackay. Seeking both Dozer and Excavator operators.

The project involves preliminary earthworks, major external roadworks, property intersections and general civil construction. With multiple stages planned, there is strong potential for ongoing work for the right operators.

Requirements for this position

• Experience on bulk earthworks and subdivision projects


• Dozer or Excavator experience + tickets to match


• Final Trim + GPS experience


• Ability to work with other operators and trades


• Cool and collected demeanour on site


• Located in the Mackay area (local operators preferred)


• Immediate availability

Pay details and conditions

• $52/hr + Penalty rates + Daily allowances


• This equates to $62-$65/hr on a 50-55hr week ($3100-$3500/wk)


• Can pay PAYG or ABN


• We still pay Super etc... for ABN workers

The estimated take home (NET) pay for this role is between $2200-2400 per week
