Job summary

Next Level Consulting Solutions is currently engaged in a major wind farm project approximately 30 minutes west of Townsville. The role requires bulk earthworks experience, Dozer operation with the appropriate tickets, Final Trim and GPS proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with other operators and trades on site.

The ideal candidate is locally based in Townsville, with immediate availability and a calm, confident leadership presence to guide the workforce on the project.

Qualifications

We are currently working on a major wind farm project approximately 30 minutes west of Townsville. The project involves bulk earthworks, site preparation, internal access roads, drainage, turbine foundations and crane hardstands, with ongoing work available for the right operators.

Requirements for this position

• Experience on bulk earthworks projects, including detailed civil works
• Dozer Experience + Tickets to Match
• Final Trim + GPS Experience
• Ability to work with other operators and trades
• Cool and collected demeanor as a leader on a project
• Located in the Townsville area (local operators only)
• Immediate availability

Pay details and conditions

• $52/hr + Penalty rates + Daily allowances
• This equates to $62-$65/hr on a 50-55hr week ($3100-$3500/wk)
• Can pay PAYG or ABN
• We still pay Super etc... for ABN workers

The estimated take home (NET) pay for this role is between $2200-2400 per week
