Qualifications

• The candidate must hold a Certificate IV in Correctional Practice or be able to complete it through the Corrective Services Academy within required timeframes.
• A current driver’s licence and willingness to drive as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based case management services to offenders, aligning with legislation and policies.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify risks, needs and strengths and develop personalised case plans.
• Apply motivational interviewing and strengths-based approaches to support behavioural change.
• Collaborate with internal and external service providers to connect offenders with appropriate programs.
• Monitor progress against case plans and prepare timely reports and documentation.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to support reintegration and community transition.
