Corrective Services NSW, Wellington Correctional Centre, is seeking a Case Management Officer to deliver evidence‑based case management to a diverse offender caseload and develop personalised plans supporting rehabilitation and reduced reoffending.
You will assess risks, needs and strengths, apply motivational interviewing and work with multidisciplinary teams to connect offenders with appropriate programs, while monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Location – Wellington Correctional Centre
Employment type – Temporary, Full- time until September 2027
Salary – $102,936.00 - $113,579.00 pa plus superannuation and leave loading
Grade – Clerk Grade 5/6
Wellington Correctional Centre is a large facility that accommodates maximum, medium, and minimum security sentenced and unsentenced male and female inmates. Staff at Wellington Correctional Centre work in a dynamic and diverse environment where no two days are the same. The centre fosters a supportive work environment where non- custodial staff are integral and valued members of the team. Case Management Officers are responsible for delivering evidence-based case management to a diverse caseload of offenders, ensuring their individual risks and needs are addressed to maximise rehabilitation opportunities and reduce reoffending.
