Bayside Council is seeking an experienced Events Support Officer to join the Events, Arts and Design Unit to assist with planning, organising and delivering the annual Major Events Program.
You will provide comprehensive administrative and support services, manage diary and records, process financial transactions, and help with event delivery, equipment, and bookings across council events.

The Events Team is responsible for both delivering Council run events and supporting community, business and third-party events held across the Bayside area.
Purpose

Salary: From $73,423 to $82,234 pa + superannuation
Applicants will be required to satisfactorily undertake a Criminal History Check, Medical and/or Working with Children check in accordance with the position.
