Encore is seeking a Sales Executive to join our venue team in Sydney. You will be the primary contact for clients, understanding event requirements and recommending AV and staging solutions in line with briefs.

Ideally you bring experience in events or sales, excellent communication, and strong customer service. You’ll work with accounts, venues, and interstate offices to ensure successful events and growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the events/sales environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• First class customer service skills.
• Team player.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main point of contact for your clients and understand their event requirements.
• Recommend AV and staging solutions in line with event briefs.
• Prepare client / production and weekly sales meetings.
• Administering weekly billing.
• Maintaining effective communication with our Accounts Department, other venues and interstate offices.
