The position emphasises building strong client relationships, advising on AV options, coordinating crew rosters, and driving operational improvements for successful events.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in events or sales environments.
• Relevant experience in AV equipment and services.
• Excellent planning, organisational, time management and account management skills.
• Strong sales and business acumen with a track record of leading high-performing teams in venues.
• Ability to foster meaningful business relationships with clients and venues.
• Experience rostering and controlling costs in live events.
• Qualification in Hospitality or Events is highly regarded.

Aufgaben

• Ensure efficient and safe running of event staging services within venues.
• Build and maintain relationships with venues and clients for successful events.
• Educate clients and venue staff on appropriate AV equipment and crew needs within budget.
• Maintain crew rosters and scheduling.
• Inform stakeholders of issues to rectify equipment, crew, or client concerns promptly.
• Identify opportunities to increase profitable revenue for venues.
• Seek operational improvements to optimise delivery of services.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to develop team capability.
