North Lakes Hotel is seeking an experienced Functions Operations Supervisor to oversee events from setup to pack down, leading staff and ensuring flawless delivery with a hands‑on approach.

You will manage multiple functions, liaising with clients and departments to ensure smooth execution, elevate guest experiences, and maintain high presentation standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, events or function supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• RSA certification preferred or required depending on venue.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the operation of functions and events.
• Lead, motivate, and manage staff during events.
• Ensure all function rooms and event spaces are set up to company standards.
• Oversee pack down and reset of venues following events.
• Act as the main point of contact during functions and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation.
