Job summary

Stadiums Queensland is seeking an Event Coordinator to oversee the operation and administration of events, facility hire, functions and conferences, and to support the Events Team in planning, managing and delivering events on time and to a high standard.

You will coordinate bookings and staff, prepare hire agreements and invoices, supervise casual staff and contractors, conduct pre/post event checks, and ensure compliance with WHS and governance requirements to deliver a first-class patron
