Clifton Springs Golf Club in Victoria is seeking a Functions and Events Coordinator to deliver well-organised, commercially successful and memorable events. You will manage the client journey from enquiry through to post-event follow-up, coordinating internal teams and suppliers to protect service standards and member experience.

Competenze

• Experience coordinating functions, events, hospitality operations or customer service.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and client-service abilities.
• Commercial awareness with ability to manage deposits and revenue targets.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end coordination of weddings, celebrations, corporate functions, golf events, member events and activations.
• Respond promptly to enquiries, conduct venue tours and client meetings, prepare proposals and orders, and convert enquiries.
• Maintain function files, run sheets, seating plans, menus, guest numbers and communications.
• Coordinate event setup, timings, equipment, styling, signage and supplier access.
• Be on-site contact for clients on event days and ensure smooth handover to operations.
• Conduct post-event follow-up, gather feedback and pursue repeat business.
• Support revenue and margin targets with upsell opportunities.
