Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a casual Warehouse Coordinator to join our Adelaide warehouse team. Based at our Richmond facility, you will help manage storage, despatches, and returns while upholding OH&S standards and safe forklift operations.

You will collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and Event Designer to prioritise tasks, maintain accurate records, and support event preparation for both on-site and hybrid settings.

Qualifications

• Forklift license is required to operate warehouse equipment.
• Previous warehouse experience is essential for this role.
• Test & tag license or willingness to obtain one is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and develop warehouse processes for safe storage and distribution of stock.
• Ensure despatches and returns meet high standards and are correctly shelved.
• Follow OH&S guidelines across the warehouse.
• Store items securely and ensure safe handling on forklifts.
• Assist, prioritise and manage ongoing warehouse projects with managers.
