Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking an hands-on Operations Coordinator to ensure live event-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll coordinate logistics, oversee a 15-person team, and support preparation and execution across facilities and operations.

You’ll lead with clear communication, maintain high-performance standards, and adapt to changing schedules, helping deliver a consistent, professional event experience for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, events, hospitality, or team coordination.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Clear communicator capable of giving direction in a busy environment.
• Ability to remain impartial when working with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable adapting to changing schedules and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event-day operations, logistics, and setup.
• Schedule and manage staff, ensuring clear direction and coverage.
• Support preparation of facilities and operational areas ahead of events.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks leading up to event days.
• Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders while remaining professional and impartial.
