Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking an Onsite Workforce Coordinator to support a large workforce in a fast-paced environment at Cavan, SA. This hands-on leadership role focuses on attendance, rosters, performance and employee engagement.

You will be the first point of contact on site, building relationships with employees and operational leaders while coaching and driving workforce planning. This full-time position runs Monday–Friday with onsite parking provided.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage performance and coach employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate rosters and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance and roster adherence.
• Conduct employee welfare and engagement checks.
• Support onboarding and inductions.
• Manage workforce queries and escalate issues.
• Assist with performance management and coaching conversations.
• Build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• Coordinate workforce requirements to meet operational demands.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with workplace policies and safety procedures.
• Participate in daily operational meetings.
