Job summary

Cliftons venues in Sydney is seeking an energetic events operations coordinator to help deliver seamless client experiences across two Sydney venues. You will work closely with the Venue Manager across front-of-house, catering and operational delivery to create professional, memorable events.

This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly, and can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of safety and presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, events, conferencing, hotels or another customer-focused operational environment.
• Experience supporting or coordinating people and competing priorities.
• Strong relationship-building, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Help coordinate venue, front-of-house and catering operations
• Support and guide team members throughout event delivery
• Keep venue presentation, facilities, maintenance and workplace safety standards on track
• Assist with rostering, resources and operational budgets
• Build strong client relationships and calmly solve event-day challenges
