Responsibilities

• Rise with us and assist with banquets and events, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations.
• Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience with a focus on wellbeing.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with attention to detail.
• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks.
• Build and strengthen relationships with guests to enable future bookings.
