Jackalope Hotels on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula is seeking a casual entry-level Food & Beverage Attendant for events. You will deliver exceptional service, assist with setup and breakdown, and help guests with menu knowledge while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Ideal for individuals starting in hospitality; previous customer service is helpful but not mandatory. Must hold a valid RSA certificate and be flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• A passion for hospitality.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Comfortable lifting and moving items including furniture from time to time.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• The successful applicant must have a valid RSA Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all areas are clean and well-presented.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings to provide accurate information to guests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during events.
• Occasionally work in our other outlets.
