Job summary

ICC Sydney is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Event Delivery Manager to join our team. You will lead large-scale F&B operations, drive end-to-end event delivery and oversee a diverse team across multiple events, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest experiences.

You will bring proven leadership, a track record in complex venues, and a strong customer-service orientation. Applicants must have NSW RSA and working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale food & beverage operations in venues, hotels, convention centres or stadiums.
• Minimum four years industry experience including two years in a senior supervisory role.
• Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation.
• Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key contact and escalation for clients and stakeholders during event tenancy.
• Lead and manage a large, diverse team across event operations and F&B services.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure end-to-end event delivery.
• Drive operational excellence with best-in-class client service and guest experience.
• Oversee delivery of premium F&B and operations across multiple events.
