Job summary

EVT Limited, operating Event Cinemas, is seeking a customer service superstar to join our team. You will perform cinema duties, maintain cleanliness, ensure product presentation, handle tickets, and assist guests to create an exceptional experience across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Complete all duties as per standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene through diligent cleaning practices.
• Ensures correct product presentation.
• Policy and procedures knowledge including WHS practices.
• Prepare food and beverages for sale, following standards of quality and presentation.
• Stock replenishment in line with merchandising planogram.
• Conduct ticket checks including online check-in procedure while assisting customers.
• Demonstrates knowledge of products and services offered to enhance customer experience.
• Knowledge of communication protocols, including two-way radios.
• Undertake minor maintenance and repairs as required.
• Lost property maintenance.
• Attend mandatory training sessions as designated by EVT.
• Demonstrate awareness of fire and emergency training and procedures.
• May undertake cash handling training under supervision by a Cinema Worker Level 3+.
• RSA qualifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily cinema duties per SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cinema complex.
• Ensure correct product presentation and stock levels.
• Assist customers, perform ticket checks and guide guests to seating.
• Support safety and emergency procedures training and exercises.

About the Role:

• Undertake minor maintenance and repairs as required.
• Lost property maintenance.
• Attend and complete all mandatory training sessions (as applicable) as designated by EVT.
• Demonstrate awareness of and adherence to fire and emergency training and procedures.
• May undertake cash handling training under supervision by a Cinema Worker Level 3 (or above).
• RSA qualifications as required.
