Job summary

Mario Brothers Pizza & Pasta is seeking an experienced Chef to join our kitchen during service. You will prepare and cook pasta dishes to a high standard and help keep the kitchen running smoothly. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a pasta chef role, is quick, organised and reliable, with a strong work ethic.

Availability Tue–Sat, 5:00 pm–9:00 pm, is required. You will work closely with the head chef to maintain quality and presentation, and support the wider kitchen team to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a pasta chef or similar kitchen role.
• Confident preparing and cooking pasta dishes.
• Quick, organised and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
