Job summary

CubbyHouse, an Italian wood-fired pizza and pasta restaurant in Melbourne, is seeking a passionate team member for the pizza section. This role requires Friday, Saturday and Sunday night availability, with shifts increasing closer to summer.

You should have experience in the pizza section using a wood-fired Marana oven, thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen, and be skilled at hand-stretching dough. Pasta knowledge is highly recommended and high standards for food and cleanliness are

Italian wood-fired pizza & pasta Restaurant is currently seeking a passionate individual to join our team and join the pizza section. The role requires availability on Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights, but shifts will increase closer to summer.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can demonstrate experience in the pizza section (with wood-fired Marana pizza oven)
• Is experienced in high volume, fast-paced working environment
• Is experienced in hand-stretching pizza dough
• Has good knowledge and genuine interest in Italian cuisine
• Has a high standards for food and cleanliness
• Is available to start ASAP
• Pasta knowledge and cooking highly recommend.
