ACM is seeking a casual Market Research interviewer based at our Eastwood, South Australia office. You will connect with rural and regional Australians by conducting phone surveys, with no sales involved.

Flexible evening shifts (4:00 PM–9:00 PM, Mon–Thu) make it ideal for students or others seeking supplementary hours. Responsibilities include guiding participants through surveys and accurately recording responses in our data systems, with 3.5–5 hour sessions and a focus on reliable data

Qualifications

• Casual market research role; no sales activities.
• Evening shifts 4:00 PM–9:00 PM, Monday–Thursday.
• Excellent communication and accurate data entry are essential.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to rural, regional and agricultural communities.
• Guide participants through market research surveys over the phone.
• Accurately record and enter survey data into systems.
• Work ad-hoc casual shifts (3.5 to 5 hours) during evenings.
