Job summary

InLife Independent Living Ltd is seeking a fantastic disability support worker to assist a client in her 70s with personal care, meal preparation and household tasks. You will provide compassionate support in a home environment and help maintain independence.

Evening shifts are required, with a focus on dignity and high-quality care. Must have a full driver’s license and be comfortable driving the client’s vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care (showering and dressing).
• Assistance with domestic duties (meal preparation and housekeeping).
• Full driver’s license required.
• Evening shifts 5pm–8pm on weekdays.
• Willingness to learn and commit to organisation values.
• Ability to build rapport and communicate compassionately.

Responsibilities

• Support client in her 70s with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Drive client's vehicle as needed.
• Provide companionship and adapt care to changing needs.
• Follow client care plan and safety procedures.
