Job summary

BYD Homebush is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to be the vital link between customers and the dealership. You will manage daily reception duties at the after-sales service front desk, coordinate maintenance activities, and provide direct support to the Service Manager in achieving departmental goals.

In this role, you will promote dealership services, schedule repairs, prepare work orders, and ensure seamless vehicle handovers while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Automotive or related field.
• Knowledge of relevant laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and develop dealership maintenance services
• Manage customer maintenance appointments
• Receive customers and prepare work orders
• Coordinate progress of maintenance work
• Prepare vehicles for delivery after maintenance
• Handle vehicle delivery and return processes
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate ordering of special parts
• Implement fair and consistent warranty policies
• Support pre-delivery inspections and new car handovers
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
• Resolve customer issues through proactive follow-up
