HQ(HongQi) Australia Smart EV is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to lead our parts operations in Alexandria, NSW. You will manage procurement, storage, and distribution, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost efficiency to support service operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, negotiating with suppliers, coordinating with service departments, and supervising warehouse staff.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in automotive parts management or inventory roles.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and applications.
• Experience with inventory management systems (ERP or similar).
• Strong organizational and communication skills for internal and supplier liaison.
• Experience with cost control and budgeting.
• EV components experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate inventory records of automotive parts and components.
• Procure parts from suppliers and negotiate pricing/terms.
• Coordinate with service departments to ensure timely parts availability.
• Oversee warehouse operations and storage of parts.
• Implement inventory control systems and conduct stock audits.
• Identify slow-moving stock and optimise turnover.
• Manage supplier relationships and external vendors.
• Prepare reports on parts usage, costs and inventory metrics.
