BYD Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to drive fleet growth, develop lasting partnerships, and position BYD as the fleet brand of choice across the Sunshine Coast region.

You will take ownership of fleet, corporate and government sales opportunities, build strong relationships with the local business community, and lead strategic initiatives to secure new business while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive fleet, corporate or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.
• Experience with fleet tenders and government tenders is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Developing and implementing fleet sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities across corporate, government and SME markets.
• Managing existing fleet accounts and building long‑term customer relationships.
• Preparing vehicle proposals, tenders and quotations.
• Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and CRM database.
• Representing the dealership at networking and industry events.
• Collaborating with the dealership team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
