Job summary

XPENG in Melbourne is seeking a capable project and partnerships lead to drive the brand network rollout for EV charging across Australia and New Zealand. You will manage cross‑border collaborations with CPOs, dealers and authorities, oversee contracts, MOUs and NDAs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on‑time delivery, compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above from a QS Top 100 university, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Energy & Power Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in EV charging network expansion or operations with European OEMs or top local CPOs.
• Familiar with relevant laws, regulations, and construction standards in Australia and New Zealand, and the process for public charging stations with authorities.
• IELTS 7.0 or equivalent certification required.
• Overseas project management experience preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
• Understand Chinese and local culture and work habits; coordinate multiple stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with local CPOs and eMSPs to rollout XPENG brand network on schedule.
• Drive V2G business development and deployment in Australia and New Zealand.
• Conduct site surveys and evaluate potential partner networks to meet XPENG brand station requirements.
• Prepare and review contract documents including commercial agreements, MOUs, NDAs, pricing proposals.
• Manage full lifecycle of brand network projects from initiation to post-launch operations and maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to safeguard company interests and ensure budgets and standards.
• Coordinate with local dealers to ensure charging network supports new car sales and design local charging benefits.
• Identify local compliance and project risks and develop contingency plans.
