Zeekr Sydney City is seeking a seasoned Aftersales Leader to oversee operations across Sydney and Melbourne. You will drive revenue, profitability, CSI scores, and workshop productivity, while ensuring adherence to group standards and WHS compliance.

Lead a high-performance team of technicians and service advisors, manage parts and labor costs, and cultivate strong dealer relationships. Mandarin is a plus; Australian work rights required.

Formación

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in automotive aftersales management or leadership role.
• Proven experience in dealership service operations, workshop management, parts inventory and financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of automotive service processes, warranty claims and manufacturer standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and standardise aftersales SOPs across all dealerships, including vehicle reception, diagnostics, job allocation, repairs and handover.
• Manage manufacturer aftersales performance requirements and warranty processes to maintain high evaluation results.
• Develop and implement customer service frameworks, monitor CSI and escalation procedures to minimise reputational risk.
• Lead staffing, rostering and training to support talent development and succession planning.
