Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment in Sydney is seeking an experienced Estimator to join the pre-construction team on commercial fit out and defence projects. Candidates should have a track record in estimating, tender submissions, and cost planning for diverse project portfolios.

You will review drawings and specifications, obtain subcontractor pricing, and work closely with project managers through the tender process while identifying value engineering opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as an estimator in commercial construction or fit out.

• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

• Experience with defence projects is highly regarded but not essential.

Estimator – Commercial Fit Out & Defence Projects

We're partnering with a well-established Design & Construction contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit out and defence projects across Sydney.

With a strong project pipeline and continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their collaborative pre-construction team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across a diverse range of projects, from commercial workplace fit outs through to secure defence facilities.

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and competitive tenders while working closely with the delivery and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
