Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage estimates for a diverse project portfolio including hotel, aviation, correctional and commercial sectors.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement and design teams to ensure accurate tender submissions.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure estimates align with project budgets and timelines.

This builder has built a strong reputation across Victoria, delivering complex new build, fit-out and refurbishment projects in live, operational environments. Now with over 150 staff, and continuing to grow rapidly, they've established themselves as a trusted delivery partner.

The project portfolio is well-diversified across new build, fit-out and refurbishment projects. Supported by in-house civil, joinery and steel fabrication divisions, the business takes a highly integrated approach to project delivery, giving them greater control over programme, quality and project outcomes.

At the same time, they've successfully expanded into New South Wales and Queensland, with projects already underway and strong pipelines forming in both states.

About You

You’ll ideally have:

• 3+ years' estimating experience within commercial construction in Australia.
• Experience pricing new build, fit-out and/or refurbishment projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to continue learning.
