Qualifications

• Experience in estimating commercial/industrial roofing projects.
• Ability to prepare detailed costings, take-offs and tenders.
• Familiarity with CAD/Bluebeam/Revit and drafting workflows.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Managing sales activities and following up on incoming leads
• Preparing detailed job costings, material take-offs and tender submissions
• Reviewing plans, drawings and project specifications

About the role

Working across commercial and industrial projects, you'll play an important role in developing new business opportunities, preparing accurate estimates and building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and industry stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
