Job summary

Bartels Autocare in Adelaide is opening a brand-new panel and crash repair shop. You will quote and estimate repairs, liaise with insurers and customers, and plan the production schedule to move jobs from intake to delivery.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will help shape how the new site runs, coordinate the workshop floor, own quality control, and help set up processes and systems as the team scales.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as an estimator and/or production manager in a panel, crash repair, or smash repair shop
• Comfortable working independently and building things from scratch, rather than following an established system
• Confident dealing directly with insurers, customers, and a small workshop team
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for quality
• Genuinely keen to grow with an independent operator as the shop scales up
